There are no two ways around it – securing sensitive data is a beast of a legal requirement for anyone conducting market research.

The fear of tackling that beast can dampen or even kill the excitement over a new research project. The beast can be managed, though, especially when we tag team and hit it from different angles. It requires foresight and strategic planning.

  1. Understand the process.
    You hand us off to your procurement team, and then basically step back while that team and The Olinger Group do the heavy lifting. We got this!

  2. Be proactive and strategic.
    Think of it this way: When is the best time to put gas in your car? The night before an important meeting, or the morning of when you are already running five minutes late?

    Get us in your system before you need immediate help. Maybe that means hiring us for a small, strategic project that isn’t time sensitive. No rush. No stress. We can work our way through the legal process at a comfortable pace, and you can have peace of mind knowing that we are fully vetted and ready to go when a fire-type project pops up.

  3. Start early.
    Let’s go back to the gas analogy. Sometimes, you can’t stop for gas the night before. That’s not a problem, as long as you can start a little bit earlier in the morning. It’s simple timeline math.

    Same with a market research project. If it takes six weeks to get us set up in your system, then be sure to build those six weeks into the project timeline. We are experts at what we do, but great work requires the time to do it right.
